    Please do give me some tips. I am scheduled for interview tomorrow at Kudo Support. Why did you say that they are treating people like dogs?

  7. Why do those who make negative comments always hide behind a name such as “Anonymous” - Sounds like you must have been late too many times for work and they canned you - now you’re mad about it - haha.

  12. Where can you find a company that treats you like slaves? lets u work for 9hrs/day then you get only less than what you expected and then gives you false promises.. work at kudo and then u’ll know.:)

  16. they have a new pay.. it was 8k before.. (without the deductions) and then was added 1,500.. and when you get late, you’ll be deducted like ur absent for 1 whole day.. and now, they are made to sign on such activity fund.. and what is that activity fund for? to spend on the damages on kudo’s stuffs.. wtf?!!! it was stated on the paper that employees will pay for it..

  17. All negative feed backs you hear are absolutely correct.. False Promises.. treated like a dogs, the worst is THEY THINK THAT ALL AGENTS ARE DUMB. No hazard pay, no insurance,no extra allowance. I can say that KUDO is the worst call center here in CEBU…

  18. there was one employee asking about medical insurance, the owner JOHN RAY just said “you’re old enough to handle yourselves”.. lol.

  22. Workers deserve a pay according to existing potentials and skills. So if you think you can do best and you are well skilled then look for a company that fits your needs. Remember that there is NO perfect company, establishments, government and even NO perfect person in this world. You must be thankful that you were once hired for work because not every person has the chance and luck to find and get settled for a living.Learn to be grateful in everything you have right now.

  24. ow? im i was also scheduled for an exam/ interview last fri but i asked to resked it coz im not feeling weell and they resked it on mon at 9:30 AM but i don’t know something in me doesn’t wana go there.. iduno if all theese are true that could be the reason “instinct”

  39. What do you expect in a starting company? Look at what they have accomplished. They started from tents and now have their own bldg. Kudo is going to be huge someday, just give it some time and you’ll see. They have started hiring people with call center backgrounds, from HR to IT to operations, and its slowly picking up. Kudo needs just one break with a big account, then its smooth sailing. Once the company goes public, everything will be much better, and people who are bad mouthing the company just because they got sacked will just be another agent in another huge call center corporation, while the agents that toughen it out with the company will see the fruits of their labor. A big account is eyeing Kudo and is very optimistic with the company. Life is a gamble, take a chance, take a risk.
